hi
i came here last nov 2008 my work permit is at employer A but i worked in employer B for a period of 10 months and then i moved and presently working at employer A will the govt count the months i worked at employer B ( both are owned by the same boss) or are they not? :(

Well you worked for employer B without authorization, so you violated the Immigration Act/Regulations and what was stated on your work permit. So how do you think that CIC will look at it?

hi PMM thanks for the response but that wasnt my fault for the violation its our boss violation since he owned a lot of companies... so that means we cant ( 30 ) of us can apply for the canadian experience class? buhuhuu .. bye canada
 
Well , it doesn't sound like your boss put a gun to your head and said "Work illegally or else." The work permit was issued to you in your name, it's your responsibility, no one else's. But I understand things can be confusing, and your boss may have convinced you it was ok (lesson learned, employers don't always know, and don't put your interests first). Your only option is to consult an immigration lawyer.
