Working hours not mentioned in the employment reference letter

Hi,

My employer is willing to issue me the employment reference letter but reluctant to mention the working hour details and would write full time instead. However, my appointment letter includes those details.

If I submit both letters, would they consider it?

yes include both and add a LOE on top of all that and explain the HR response to your request. IRCC will definitely accommodate you as not everyone can deliver letters as per their specifications.
