Is there anything mentioned on your SP regarding the no of hours in the scheduled breaks ? Then you've to obey that.
If nothing is mentioned than you can do the maximum number of hours.

If there is any limit mentioned on his SP regarding the scheduled breaks then he can't do more than 40 hours, I suppose.
Could he ?
Study permits do not specify a limit to hours while on a scheduled break; there is no such limit. OP can work as many hours as they want while on break.

I'm going for masters programme in Ontario.
I've just submitted an updated LOA on behalf of request of VO (be e-mail)
Do you know how much time on avg will it take for the final passport request?
I was also interviewed by VO and then the VO asked me for the deferral letter in the end.
I'm not actually worried but it's a bit concern for me. I've not seen any refusals after getting request of submitting updated LOA from the university. It's been more 7 months I've applied for my visa and it's in the last stage finally.
Will be glad if your reflect some light in it
Can't help. It's just a waiting game at this point.
