WORKING HOURS COMPUTATION

Hi everyone! Just want to ask regarding the CEC eligible hours computation.

I am working full time for a company however, the past 2 months we had a slowdown at production. I know that the maximum hours counted for CEC is 30hrs/week. In my case there are weeks which I only worked for 22-26 hours, would that still be counted?

Yes, it can be counted as part-time not full time hours.

Hi thanks for replying. When you say part-time, meaning only 15 hours will be counted for my 26 hour shift? Eventhough it is not a part-time job?

No you count your hours but 30 hours are considered full time. 22-26 are not full time hours.
