Working Holiday

Hi all,

I have a question about working holiday. I have Japanese citizenship and currently living in BC, Canada. My work permit will be expiring soon so I will be applying working holiday to extend my stay. I know that I have to leave Canada first and come back to Canada to get working holiday visa. Is it possible to drive to USA and come back to get working holiday visa or I actually have to go back to Japan and come back to Canada ?

Apply for your whv (the programme is open now). Once you receive your LOI, you can flagpole at the border, or visit the U.S. and activate your whv on returning to Canada.
