I am planning on re-newing my working holiday visa. Thus, at the moment I am in Canada and my current working holiday visa expires in April. I want to know whether if applicants applying from abroad require both a Canadian and Australian criminal record check or simply the Australian record check? Or is there even such a thing as a criminal record for a non-permanent resident?
