Hello friends,
I’m requesting a tourist visa with the IMM5708 form because I have the IEC Working Holiday Work Permit.
I just got a new passport that was issued by the embassy of Costa Rica in Ottawa, Canadá.
When I compete the forms and I enter such information, the system tells me that there is an error since the Country of Issue does not match the passport code.
However, if I enter that the passport was issued in Costa Rica, the system gives me a green light meaning that everything is fine. But this is not correct and I’m afraid that my visa could be refused due to the wrong information.
In my new passport it says -Place of issue: Ottawa-
Is there any kind of help you guys can provide in this case?
