Hello.,

If I do not respond to an Invitation to Apply by the deadline (WorkingHolidayVisa), I will be no longer in the pool and would have to apply again. That's clear.
But does it have an effect on my future applications, does it count as I have "used" it??

only counts if you have accepted, submitted the application and received an entry letter. Entering the pool and not accepting counts for nothing and has no impact to anything.
