Hello everyone,
I am applying for a working holiday visa and I have ran into a problem when filling out my family information form.
"Country or territory of birth (as shown on passport/travel document)" is required, but my passport only shows my nationality and city (place) of birth. Do I put in both? Or just the city? Just the nationality?
I also have a partner of 4+ years in Canada (citizen) and we are planning on getting married this year. I believe I shouldn't put her in as my family since they're not my spouse, common-law, nor conjugal. I'd just like a confirmation that I shouldn't put her in there, because I don't want to make it seem like I am hiding any information.
Thank you
-Max
