Hi, Can I work for an Indian company remotely while I'm still pursuing my pg diploma course? I'm currently in my last semester and I have a valid study permit till Sept. Will this effect my PGWP or PR application in future?

Assume you are an Indian citizen.Does the company have offices in Canada? You will need to declare the income on your Canadian taxes although look at tax treaties as well.

They are in process of setting up office in canada, they didn't complete the registration process yet. What if they have office in Canada?
