I worked 8 months as a hr executive then one and half year I didn’t work. again now I’m working same company same position as the hr executive since 04 months within my one year experience I have one and half year gap. Can I use that 08 months plus 04 months as a one year?

The 12 months of experience should be consecutive/continuous for Express Entry programs.

That is incorrect. Work experience under the CEC program need not be continuous.

If that's all the work experience that you possess then no, it cannot be counted as a year of foreign work experience due to the break in continuity.
