I have been working full-time at a valid job since May 1, 2018. And the next round of invitation will be happening on May 1, 2019. I am just wondering if I can create an IRCC file on April 30 for the May 1, 2019 round? In other words, does the working period from May 1, 2018, to April 30, 2019 count as one full year experience?
