am international student, Do i need to have Holiday working permit to work in canada am planing to look for the part time job during holiday, if yes how many hours do i need to work?

There is no need to work but you can work if you want.
You don`t need any work permit your study permit states that you can work full time during holidays.

You can work upto 40 hours a week.(Full time status)

You can work as many hours as you want while on scheduled breaks from your studies.

There is no 40 hour limit.
