Why the immigration officer did not include the working conditions on my study permit even though I am eligible to work based on my program?
Do they do this to everyone?
You can only work when your studies begin and there is nothing guaranteeing that you will receive a condition that you can work on or off campus. What does your permit state...any work? You can apply to amend your study permit.
