Working as a Front End Supervisor but paystub says a cashier

Hello there,

I am working as a front end supervisor, but my paystub says as a cashier. My employer is ready to provide a reference letter stating Supervisor tile as well as roles and responsibilities. He is also ready to mention in the letter that due to payroll system limitations we are not able to provide the Supervisor title.
Will there be any problem due to this?

How much are you being paid? Are you being paid a cashier or supervisory salary?

For a few hours, I am paid 1 dollar extra and few just the base pay

In that case there's a high risk IRCC will say you are not in a supervisory role and won't allow you to claim work experience under this NOC.

If you want to claim your work experience in the supervisory NOC, then all of your hours need to be paid as a supervisor.

You got any solution ?. Bcz i have same issue. Can you please let me know what you did... but I am getting supervisor pay 2.5 dollars more than base pay.. thanks
