Is the work during distance learning counted as experience or not ? Keep in mind that distance learning institution is located in different country. For example, Can I work in Kuwait and do Online MBA with one of UK universities ? Will both accredit ?

yes, i did that. but you still need an ECA for your diploma and if the university isn't recognized the diploma won't either

i'm not talking about that. Make sure your university's program is accredited. This shouldn't just be done for immigration purposes but anytime you enroll in a program you have to check its legitimacy. WES doesn't list everything.
