I had a question please,
I´m applying for a Study Permit in Canada after I got accepted to the college.

The point is, In 2008 I´ve been in Canada for a month and a half - Unfortunately, my boss tricked me into believing he´s getting me the permits, and I worked there illegally - the minute I figured that out, I left Canada.

Now, in the Study Permit application, I´m being asked if I ever worked in Canada without permits; How would and could it harm my chances of receiving the Study Permits, even though it happened 5 years ago, and I left as soon as a realized it?

Thank you for your time, and have a great day

i think you should mention the information in 1294 form.
secondly write a line in you sop stating the clarification for this occurrence and highlight it....... its been five years and you have not been stopped by the canadian embassy from applying again. so i think this would not harm your case instead college selection or course mismatch may.... so be confident and write a goood sop brother :)
