Hi ,
I have worked as HR in a start up IT recruitment company for 2 years, got offer letter, Reliving and all other documents but no pay slips should I include this experience in my profile? If immigration experts call or e mail the company they will certainly get positive response however I don’t have pay slips.
Please suggest.

Payslips are not required. But some documentation of salary/wages/earnings is.

If this is in-Canada experience, it would not be considered legitimate. But if it is foreign work experience, and you can document it, then it should be OK.

Note that you need to get a letter of reference/experience letter that includes specific information, including job duties/responsibilities, as well as dates of employment, job title, hours worked per week, salary/wages and benefits (remuneration),
