Worked in India full time and studied at the same time

Hello Members,
My question is that I worked in India full time and studied at the same time.
timeline is:-
2010-2013=Diploma in Civil Engineering
2013-2016 = Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
2013-2014 = Worked as site engineer Civil
My workplace and college were 250 km far.
I want to claim that 1-year experience
Can I Claim?
I did not mention that 1-year of experience in my previous visa applications such as study permit, PGWP.
I am CEC Candidate
