Hello Friends,

I worked for two companies:

Company A: Part time from August 2009 to April 2011, Full time from May 2011 to June 2011 on off campus work permit
Company B: Full time since August 2011 on post graduation work permit

I want to apply for immigration in November 2012 under CEC program. Since working for company B will be sufficient for required work experience, do I need job reference from company B only or both companies? I will certainly mention work done under both companies in Application form 0008 Schedule 8.

Also, I am working as Inside Technical Sales representative (wholesale). I do not have NOC number for my job. However, my job duties match 90% duties mentioned on CIC website for NOC 6221. Is it required that a job must have a NOC number from HRSDC or LMO?

Ielts scoe: 8,7,7,7 - I think it should be sufficient.

Thanks.

Current instructions are to provide letters of reference from all employers (in Canada) for the past 3 years.
So yes, it is better to provide both.

If your duties match 6221, that is your NOC code. It does not have to be assigned by HRSDC.
