Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello,

I worked with 3 companies (A, B and C) with 3+years of experience in 2 of them (B and C). I am listing all 3 in my employment section. However, I have complete docs for only 2 of them (A and C). For company B I am going to upload whatever I have.

I really want to put company B in the list, although i dont have enough documents for that, since it is a renowned one. Companies A and C for which i have all the docs are small scale ones and i am afraid they might contact the respective managers for verification. I would like to mention all 3 in the employment as well as personal history sections.

So my question is if companies A & C satisfy the CIC requirement for giving me full points for foreign work experience (> 3 years), will they still ask me for complete docs for company B and can that possibly result into rejection if I am not able to provide all the docs?

Thanks in advance!

Size of the company isn't an issue. If you have reference letters from all of them. You can claim for all 3 employments. If a reference letter is missing some info, then you have to upload payslips, relieving letters, increment letters etc.

Thanks for the answer but my question is if I fail to provide any complete supporting documents for the company will they really ask for it or reject my application, since I don't have to claim points for this company. I am only adding it because it was in the list pre-ITA.

Then, I would suggest you to remove that experience and move it to personal history (make sure that doesn't change your score). I read it today on some thread that one of the candidates was refused visa because the reference letter were not descriptive enough to showcase his job duties

If you can't prove it, it means you don't have it. You only need the reference letters for jobs you are claiming points for.

Ok. But i had all the jobs in the employment section before ITA. Do I have to give explanation for removing them post ITA or not mentioning them in the employment history but in personal history?

Ok thanks (+1). Looks like you have a similar situation. In that case I will only keep the ones I have sure documentation for.
