Work visa for one province, health care in another

Hello,

If someone had NAFTA/CUSMA work visa issued for a company in a specific province (e.g. the location in work conditions section of the document were Québec), would they be allowed to register for provincial health care in Ontario if they worked for a company in Gatineau but lived in Ottawa? What about healthcare in BC if they worked remotely for a company in Montréal? Or does the location specified in the work conditions section of the visa HAVE to match their province of healthcare registration?
