Hi Guys,

Do you need references from previous employers just to ensure you get points? or is it mandatory to provide reference for each job done in 10 years that match your NOC Code?

The reason I ask is because I can get total 67 points, which includes the minimum experience points.

All experiences above 6 years will get max 15 points. Employee reference letter is a letter to prove that the noc that you are applying is matching with your current experiences.

All ERL should have the (All the company experiences) roles and responsibilities that you have worked on this tenure. So from this they will see, whether you are applying for the right noc or not. If found wrong, application will be rejected.
