work reference letter and the date stopped working because of work permit expired

Hi,

My work permit was refused ,because lmia was missing since taking too long to be processed, on January 5 but I only saw the result on January 7 so I worked two days without authorization. My question is for job reference letter should the company add my last day was 5th or the 7th. I am going to mention in my next application that I worked these two days without authorization.

Should be February 5th but if you worked until February 7th you would be misrepresenting if you said February 5th. Consult a lawyer.
