Work Permits and Sponsoring

Quick question - can my husband extend his work permit while I am in the process of sponsoring him? Assuming that the process would be a little bit of a wait, it is a question that is coming up that isn't easy to find an answer for. My husband and I would be applying through an Inland application process.

Yes of course you can, and have it extend on its' own merits.

About applying 'Inland', read the "Sponsership in progress, but want to travel" thread . . . they are really in a bind and 'Sweden' makes a few good points about applying 'Inland'.
