hi i have finished my studies and my study permit expired at the same time now my college won't give me a graduation letter and PGWP letter so i can apply for work permit un less i provide them a new study permit, but if i apply for a new study permit it wont be approved as i am done with my studies.

Please help me with this situation.

They're right, you should have applied for study permit extension before your initial permit expired, you can't stay in Canada legally with an expired permit anyway.
If your study permit already expired then you need to apply for status restoration as a student before you can apply for PGWP.

That doesnt sound right, you have graduated therefore you should receive your letter of graduation and your final transcripts thats all you need to apply for PGWP. Study permit is only required if you want to study further.

The only reason I can immagine they wouldn't give you your documents is if you have not paid some fees or maybe studied without a permit.
If you have no status currently then to apply for PGWP you will need to restore your status at the same time but this has nothing to do with college.
