I have applied for post graduate work permit from canada which is approved now but I left canada before the approval. Right now I am in India and I have only online status and a photocopy of my work permit. And I want to go back to canada soon so, do I need any stamp or sticker on my passport for traveling or can I travel with that online status and with a photocopy of my work permit ?

You need a valid TRV to fly to Canada.

How can I apply TRV from india and what documents I need to apply and how long it will take to make decision. And if my TRV get expired after few months in canada so can I stay on my work perm

TRV validity has nothing to do with status in Canada.
