It depends, sometimes it's possible and sometimes it isn't. You would need to provide a lot more information about the kind of job you will be taking in Canada. You will also need to calculate your Express Entry / CRS points to determine your chances of being selected for PR. Right now you need to have in the range of 450-460 points to be selected for PR.
