work permit

Hello
I have an open work permit as an accompanying spouse on a study permit. my work permit will expire in July 2019 and my spouse study permit as well. ( my spouse study permit is for privet collage 1.5 year which not eligible for any extentions).
I have an opportunity to be hired by new employer as a manager for coffee shop (franchise) for 2 years or more.
what I should do either to extend my work permit or to get a new one?

Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit.
