I have recently applied for TRV-Visitor Visa, but my visa was rejected by embassy. I got a job offer from an canadian employer, I am planning to apply for work permit now.
Can I apply now ?

Your employer needs to apply for an LMIA (unless it is one of the rare exceptions). If the employer gets a positive LMIA then you can apply for a WP.

Is it possible for me to change my closed work permit to an open work permit becasue I have got my PR file number now(AOR)
