Hello :)

I’m an international student in Vancouver, studying Music Production and Audio Engineering at the SAE. I found out that my school isn’t eligible for the PGWP and I would like to stay in Canada for a while to get some Canadian experience. Is there any solutions for that?

You need to find an employer who is willing to give you a job offer and also obtain an approved LMIA. Then you can apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer. The LMIA process takes a long time to complete (typically 3-5 months) and it's usually difficult to find employers willing to go through the process, so you will want to start looking for an employer many months before you complete your studies.
