WORK PERMIT

HELLO SIR,
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT, I HAVE DONE WITH MY TWO YEARS STUDY, BUT I DID MY ONE OF COURSE IN PRIVATE COLLEGE. SO I AM NOT SURE THAT I SHALL APPLY FOR WORK PERMIT OR NOT? PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO NEXT?

I done with my study. My first college is St. Lawrence and second one is Evergreen college Brampton. I took admission in this college because result of study permit was negative and it comes after 2 month and no public college was available at that time so for the extension of my study permit I need the offer letter I got admission there by lawyer.. but now these everyone has opinions that I will not be get work permit because of this scenario.
