Same situation here

I got passport request on Nov 24 2017 and submitted same day in Jalandhar office VFs
And till now i am waiting no response from them.
What is your timeline and what kind is your application

The other people who submitted their passport after me they already got passport back in 6 days but i dnt know why we stucked probably they work Thursday and friday for Passport procedure now we have only friday one day otherwise they will send back Passport after holidays of Christmas.

Actually i had applied for work permit in Transport company as long haul trucj driver i got refusal after one month in july and i challanged to refusal and after 2 ‘month my file was updated and in nov 24 i got passport request but my online account is still showing in process

Actually brother i am from canada i am talking about my brother who is india i am the one I applied for him

If you got Passport request it mean they will issue a visa on passport
