CIC received my application for family sponsorship on August 10th, 2016 and started process it on August 26th. And now is more than 4 months but I haven't received the Work Permit yet ! Help me please! Thanks a lots !

You can try calling the call centre in the morning to ask where the OWP is. Assuming you have paid the correct fees ($255), and were in status when you applied, you should have received it. But I have also noted that the mail is pretty slow lately in delivery. It happens around Christmas time, when there is higher load on the mail system. Calling the call centre would give you piece of mind, however.
