Did you submit the case specific enquiry? From India the processing time is 8-10 weeks.

Today, I got reply from CIO.
I am not able to understand. They replied me like this....

Following items are missing...
1) A completed schedule A (IMM5669) for SP is missing
2) A completed additional family information (IMM5406) for the PA and SP is missing
3) A nomination certificate letter from province / territory that has nominated you is missing
4) No fess was received with your application.

As per your application does not meet the requirement of R10 of IRPA. It is considered incomplete and is being returned to you along with your processing fees. A copy of your application has not been retained.

But they didn't use or write refuse word at all in letter.

Sorry to hear that. Did you apply for Permanent Residency? See the link http://www.immigroup.com/news/imm-5645-imm-5406-family-information-form. Though its an old post, but it saying that 5645E form is needed for working/studing temporary whereas IMM5406 is needed Permanent Resisdency. I applied under ECONOMIC CLASS - EMPLOYMENT CATEGORY

Yes.. My lawyer is in canada. He told me that CIO ready to give PR to me. If I will submit all missing documents as well as details.

Is there any reason to refused your application or have LMIA make your application Strong and help to get visa?

My Work permit application was submitted on 3-Nov-2016 via Canada attorneys. My application location is US.
No response yet from CIC and no way to know the status/ progress on the application.
My application has crossed more than 13 weeks now and on CIC portal it shows that application from US is currently taking 14 weeks to process.

Application date Received New Delhi 08 Nov 2016. No communication after that not even Medical.

Can anyone say what does medical result reviewed status means ?

I submitted medical upfront when I submitted my online application for work permit from India on Dec 13

It's in the same status like medical reviewed for a long time

Any help is appreciated

Few days back, I got call from my Canadian lawyer. Lawyer told me that my application is accepted. I will get visa approval letter in next week via DHL courier.
Now, lawyer trying to get port of entry letter from CIC.

Hope for the best.
