Hi everyone, I really need your help about this.
I have been approved by Manitoba_PNP, submitted federal PR card application and currently waiting for CIC response. My post graduation work permit will expire within a month so I try to apply a new work permit now. The work permit application indicates I need support letter from the Province, and the Province said they need my employer to apply for an employer portal on the CIC website, unfortunately, my employer is not willing to do that. I wonder if anyone have seen this kind of situation before? What can I do to extend my stay?
Btw, I think I am applying the normal work permit application process, not the bridge work permit, as for bridge work permit, this question "Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada?" --- Should be answer "Yes", which CIC have not told me I have been approved. So, also, should I answer "Yes" for this question and apply bridge work permit as well? It seems I am also adequate to apply BWP according to the BWP website.
