Work permit with active Express entry profile

Hi All,

Is it ok to apply for work permit (LMIA Approved job offer) while having an EE profile? Pls clarify.

Im worried that I have to make strong SOP regarding the ties to my home country but since they know we will eventually try for PR, how do we prove our ties?

Yes, this is called dual intent. You should make it clear if you do not become a PR, you will leave Canada when you have to.
