My daughter has a heart problem.
And may need life long care.

And My work permit application is in progress. Yet to go for the medicals. Do you guys they will reject?

Is your daughter part of the application or are you planning on coming alone?

It's possible your child's health condition may impact the application and it's possible it may not. It will depend on the severity of the condition and the costs of the care your child will need to the Canadian health care system. You really won't know until the child takes the medical and the child's health is assessed. IRCC may also require additional medical tests after the preliminary medical if they want to understand more about the child's situation. This may mean that processing of the application takes longer.
