Hello all,

I have applied for my PR through the MPNP program and am currently on a visitor record status, I was on work permit but the extension of my work permit was rejected because my employer wasnt able to fulfill all requirements (WRAPA and Compliance Fee) My application is inland, I was wondering if I could apply for a work permit. The online questionnaire does give me an option to apply for the open work permit but the form requires a Job Offer Letter.

Can I apply for the work permit without the job offer letter (because i dont have one) and hasany one ever been in the same situation as me?

Any responses would be highly appreciated because im job less

Thanks all

If your PNP has no employment restrictions and you've received AOR for your PR application then yes you can apply for a Bridging open work permit. You can attach the job offer letter from the company that they gave when they hired you.

even though that job is no longer offered? also wont that result in a closed work permit?

Thanks

it says no restrictions on the mpnp certificate, i guess I just have to wait till i get my visitor record and AOR
