Work Permit & Travel

I have a work permit that is for a specific employer, valid for 4 years. This coming year I am planning to travel out of Canada for 3 or 4 times, for around 30 days each trip.

Would this be possible, given that I have a valid TRV/work permit, and will it negatively impact any sort of immigration status that I otherwise maintain in Canada?

No negative impact. Carry proof of your current employment in case asked by CBSA when re-entering.
