Work permit to PR

Friends,
Somebody please help.
I got a work permit for 2 years in Saskatchewan province as Customer Service Representative in a hotel.The consultancy guys told me that am eligible for PR ,anywhere in Canada ,expect Quebec,once I complete 18 months in the same job.

Expecting some advices in the mentioned matter.Somebody

There are a lot more considerations than just working in the same job. Have you identified which skill your job and responsibilities might be classified under whether 0,A or B see here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp Have your consultancy guys even told you which stream you might apply under ? Do you really need a consultant to fill in some forms for you ?
