work permit + restoration

Hi guys.

I just wanted to ask something, i have a representative ( which im doubting their credibility now), they said they passed my wp and restoration last march 3. I tried to call cic last week to check if its already in their system. Cic agent said nothing in there. Im worried because my 90 days will finish may 9. How long does it usually take before it can be seen in the system? paper application

with my first wp extension, when i called up cic, they were able to trace it easily. It's paper application too. I was declined bec i dont have lmia but now i already have with the restoration + wp.

As long as your representative applied for restoration within 90 days from the date of your refusal you will be fine.Cic said your application was not received?

check online CIC processing times for work permit extension and it will normally show which applications they are working on now. It has just been two months so it is normal, some people have waited up to four months

Oh okay that makes sense, well again i would recommend you try calling immigration and some have suggested even go to your local mp office and they can put in a call for you
