I started a college in Sept 2017 on my student visa, but I left the school after 10 days or something because we had a money trouble. So I applied for work permit as an international student's spouse. I applied it in September, and got a request letter from CIC after 2months, saying I answered "Yes" to a question, which is normally supposed to answer "No", and they asked me to upload a letter of explanation. so I made the letter and uploaded on the very next day I got the request letter.
On Dec 1st, I got refusal letter from CIC, saying I did't upload the letter and my student visa is still valid by Aug 2019.
My status says the file is "Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC Uploaded Filename: Letter_of_explanation.pdf", so I uploaded the file for sure, but somehow it wasn't submitted to IRCC. Besides, my application details still says "Your Action Is Required". Thus, I assume this is a technical issue. Does anyone know how I should do to get this straight??
