Work permit processing time in the UK

Hi guys,

I will require a TRV to enter Canada and I applied for a work permit around the last week of october in the Canadian embassy London UK and I have received my file number for now. The average processing time on the embassy website is 6 weeks. Is there anyone with a similar experience and do they usually process within this time ?.

Hi Guys,

I got my TRV and letter of authorization today. That makes it approximatley 5 weeks processing. Not bad!!

Thanks very much job_seeker, Yes I required an LMO which I submitted with my application.
