i applied caips note on 28 jan 2021. I lodged visa application on feb 2020(LMO based Temporary foreign workers)
I have received PFL on 28 april 2020 regarding my salary which said. “we have verified with the bank and the salary payments indicated on the salary are not actually salary deposits.”.
i receive my salary in saving bank account through company’s direct deposit from last four years.
In response of PFL I submitted strong proofs of salary like
ITR,payslip last one year,employer confirmation letter
EPFO statement,ESI CARD ,confirmation letter from bank, salary certificate,
bank statement of four years (60 pages of proofs) and self declaration (attested notary)
I applied my caips notes and below are the information recieved on 26 feb 2021 on GCMS notes:
