Are you able to work while waiting for an outland application? Minus the LMO road and IES schemes? Or is it just inland applications you can apply for an open work permit?

My cousin insists her husband has applied outland and he now has a work permit and has only applied in July.? She MUST have applied inland...

can you apply for a work permit from inside canada though? And while you have an outland application in?

No, (as I've heard here many times) you can only apply for a work permit from outside Canada.
