I finished NCVT millwright course with 10+ years experienced in Kuwait, my age is 40, how apply work permit, I applied in indeed website nobody anwer gave to me, I don't have any licence of millwright, my question is how apply work permit or PR

You should focus on qualifying and applying for PR.

Generally speaking, it's impossible to get a job as a foreign worker.

Unfortunately you may find it's quite difficult to qualify for PR given your age and lack of certification, but you should certainly try. You can find more information here and good luck:

No. You need to be licensed and pass exams and have education assessed through PEBC. There is an oversupply of pharmacists so you will not get a permit. Most positions are casual and/or part time.
