Hello all, I got ITA yesterday. I have one question regarding the medical certificate. I have medical certificate, which taken for my work permit on October 15, 2016. It is still valid. Can I use the same for PR application. I hope, the format and tests are same in both cases. Please advise me.

As long as its Non-EDE medical report and less than 6 months, it should be fine.

What does NON-EXECUTIVE Medical report means?

It's simply an immigration category.

My medicals indicates that IME is non-EDE and upfront medical type is worker. Can I still use it for PR purpose.

Yes, that's what it should be.

What if CIC does not accept the medicals. Will they reject my PR application or they will ask to do a new medicals?
