Most likely, your options are to either switch to a closed work permit if you have found an employer who has offered you a job and also has an approved LMIA. Alternatively, you would need to apply to change your status to visitor. This would allow you to remain in Canada after the expiry of your work permit - but you'd have to stop working as soon as your open work permit expires.
