Work permit is about to expire

Hi,
My work permit is about to expire on Feb 22, 2023, waiting for invitation with score being 482. I'm so worried my work permit would expire before having ITA.
Right now, I'm considering apply for BOWP anyways, then update my application as soon as I have ITA or AOR. Not sure whether this is a good choice or not

FYI - You need AOR to qualify for a BOWP. Getting ITA isn't enough.
